On September 5, 2014, Luis Palacios was operating a motor vehicle that was traveling Northbound on San Mateo Blvd NE near Osuna RD, in the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico. That Defendant, LUIS PALACIOS, operated his vehicle carelessly, drifted into plaintiffs lane, and collided with the right rear of the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
You are required to serve an answer or motion upon the attorney for Plaintiff in response to the complaint, which is attached to this summons within thirty (30) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service, and file your answer or motion with the court as provided in Rule 1- 005 NMRA.
You are required to serve an answer for Plaintiff’s First Set of Interrogatories to Defendant, Plaintiff’s First Set of Requests for Production to Defendant, and Request for Admissions to Defendant within forty-five (45) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service, and file your answer or motion with the court as provided in Rule 1-005 NMRA.
If you fail to file a timely answer or motion, default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
