TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF KARIM S. QASSIM, ALSO KNOWN AS KARIM QASSIM, ALSO KNOWN AS KEN QASSIM, DECEASED (“DECEDENT”), AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE DECEDENT’S ESTATE, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Personal Representative, which Petition provides for complete settlement of the Estate and distribution of all Estate assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Courtroom 720, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable Clay Campbell, on May 31, 2017, at 9:50 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2016) notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
