NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KATHLEEN SUSAN KAESTNER has accepted the position of Trustee of the irrevocable MATTHEWS SURVIVOR’S TRUST, dated November 17, 1995. DONALD
E. MATTHEWS, Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within two months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred pursuant to §45-3-801 (N.M.S.A. 1978) (2016).
