NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Connie Branch, whose address is c/o Sawtell, Wirth & Biedscheid, P.C., 708 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501, has been appointed as personal representative of the Estate of Joe A. Branch, Jr., deceased. Creditors of the estate must present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or within sixty (60) days after mailing or other delivery, whichever is later, or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented to the Personal Representative in care of her attorney, Bryan Biedscheid, Sawtell, Wirth & Biedscheid, PC, 708 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, NM 87501, or filed with the First Judicial District Court of Rio Arriba County, New Mexico.
