NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monique G. Trevino, a resident of the County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, Petitioner, has filed a petition to change the names of, Elijah Rasmussen-Trevino and Abigail Rasmussen, minors under the age of fourteen years, in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change the minors’ names from Elijah Rasmussen-Trevino to Elijah Trevino and from Abigail Rasmussen to Abigail Trevino. This Petition will be heard before the Honorable Victor S. Lopez, District Judge, on the 5th day of July, 2017, at the hour of 10:15 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Courtroom 516, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
