NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOHN EDWARD HOWE,
DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN EDWARD HOWE, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing will be held on the petition filed by Ayudando Guardians, Inc., Personal Representative of the Estate of John Edward Howe, Deceased, which petition requests the determination and/or approval of the following:
The death and domicile of the deceased, the intestacy of the deceased because he left no will, the determination of the heirs of the deceased, the proposed distribution of the estate to the heirs of deceased, and the fees and expenses paid from the estate.
Said hearing will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 16, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., before the Hon. Alan M. Malott, with 15 minutes allocated for the hearing.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
