NMSA 1978, and will submit his application to the Court before the Honorable Alan Malott, Division XV District Judge, 2nd Judicial District, Bernalillo County Court House, 400 Lomas, N.W., Albuquerque, NM 87102 on the 20th day of September, 2017, on the trailing docket at 11:00 a.m., asking that his name be changed from Genaro Gonzales to Alberto Jose Gonzales.
Petitioner resides in Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico.
