Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned personal representative, which petition provides: Declaration of Intestacy and Appointment of Margaret Rubio (daughter) as Personal Representative of the Estate of Medardo Casaus, deceased will be held at the Second Judicial District Court before the Honorable Beatrice J.
