NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners, Ronald Jared Ashcraft and Julie Dawn Ashcraft, residents of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, have filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein they seek to change the name of their minor child from Jude Alexander Kalab Ashcraft to Jude Alexander Ashcraft and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Victor S. Lopez, District Judge, on the 25th day of October, 2017, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
