TO: UNKNOWN HERIS OF TILLIE MARTINEZ, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM TO HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF TILLIE MARTINEZ OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of hearing is hereby given on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will, for Determination of Heirship and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative. Said Petition requests an order which determines the heirs and devisees of the decedent, formally probates the copy of the will, formally appoints Linda Martinez as personal representative and orders that Letters Testamentary be issued to Linda Martinez.
Hearing will be held on December 4, 2017, at 9:45 AM at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Denise Barela- Shepherd.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
