SECOND AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on January 25, 2018, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master will sell to the highest bidder near the entrance of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, located at 400 Lomas Blvd, NW Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 1831 Wilmoore Drive SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106 in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as:
Lot numbered Eight-A (8-A) in Block numbered Fourteen (14) of CLAYTON HEIGHTS, an Addition to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the replat thereof, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo
County, New Mexico on December 11, 1987, in Plat Book C35, folio 73.
The legal description in the attached Mortgage shall control.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure entered on May 23, 2017, as follows:
Judgment in the amount of $229,597.76, with interest accruing at 4.86% per year from January 15, 2017, forward; and
The Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Wells Fargo Bank has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
