Tract numbered ELEVEN-C-ONE (ll-C-l) of the Plat of LANDS OF FRANK LUNA, being Tract 11-C, N.R.G.C.D. Map 49, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and
designated on the Plat of said Tract, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on September 7, 1979.
