Notice is hereby given of the pendency of an action against Judy Munoz. Said action is entitled Patricia Jordan v. Judy Munoz and The City of Albuquerque, Cause No. D-202-CV-2015- 08534, Bernalillo County District Court. Plaintiff seeks damages on account of personal injuries caused by the negligence of the Defendant. Service by publication is sought on the Defendant Judy Munoz.
