GREETINGS, you are hereby notified that Plaintiff, Angelique Garrett, has filed a civil action against Defendant, Jeremy Brown, in the above-entitled court and case, the general object thereof being is to collect money damages from you as a result of an injuries Plaintiff sustained in a motor vehicle collision that occurred on December 17, 2014, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
