GREETINGS: HSBC, dba Beneficial New Mexico Inc., dba Beneficial Mortgage Co., their successors and assigns; Ditech Financial, their successors and assigns; and Unknown Claimants of interest adverse to Plaintiff. You are hereby notified that PIJ Properties, Plaintiff in the above referenced cause of action, has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate pertaining to the following described real estate in the County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico as follows:
LOT NUMBER FOUR (4) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWENTY-SIX (26) OF MESA VILLAGE OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED IN THE SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 26 AND 27 AND ENTIRE BLOCKS 29 AND 30 OF SAID MESA VILLAGE, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON THE 28TH DAY OF JUNE, 1957. TAX MAP OR PARCEL ID NO.: 102005851514040911: (the “Property”)
Plaintiff seeks the establishment of the estate in fee simple in and to the Property against the adverse claims of the Defendants; and each of them, and everyone claiming by, through, or under them, be barred and forever estopped from having or claiming any lien upon, or any right, title, or interest in or to the Property adverse to the estate of Plaintiff; that the title of Plaintiff thereto in fee simple be forever quieted and set at rest; and that Plaintiff has judgment against any Defendant who may appear other than by disclaimer. You are required to file with the Clerk of the Court of Bernalillo County an Answer to Complaint or a responsive pleading, by the 19th day of March, 2018, or judgment or other appropriate relief may be rendered against you by default.
