ORDER VACATING AND RE-SETTING HEARING
and
NOTICE OF HEARING
THIS MATTER came before the Court on the motion of the Personal Representative to vacate the hearing on the Petition for Complete Settlement of the Estate, and after having considered the Motion,
THE COURT FINDS that the Motion to Vacate appears to be unopposed by interested parties and that it is reasonable under the circumstances to vacate the hearing and re-set it for a date in the future that will allow for proper notice as required by the Probate Code, and therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. The hearing currently set for January 11, 2018, at 10:10 a.m. is hereby vacated, and
2. The hearing on the Petition for Complete Settlement of the Estate in this matter is reset for March 1, 2018, at 10:05 A.M. at the Bernalillo County Courthouse located at 400 Lomas Blvd. In the courtroom of the Honorable Carl Butkus, and 10 minutes will be allocated for the hearing.
3. Counsel for the Personal Representative shall be responsible for serving this Notice of Hearing to interested parties and by publication as required by law.
This is the only Notice of Hearing that will be issued.
