NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PATRICIA MARIE VIGIL has accepted the position of Trustee of the irrevocable VIGIL LIVING TRUST, dated October 24, 1997. RALPH J. VIGIL, JR. and MARY S. VIGIL, Grantors of the Trust, have died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
