THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO THE FOLLOWING NAMED OR DESIGNATED DEFENDANT(S):
The Estate of Celestina Chavez, deceased, The Unknown Heirs of Celestina Chavez, deceased, and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiff.
GREETINGS DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby notified that ABQ Crest, LLC, as Plaintiff, has filed an action in the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and wherein the said Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you.
The general object of said action is: First Amended Complaint to Quiet Title
That real property in Bernalillo County affected thereby is:
A certain Tract of Land situate within Section 17. Township 10 North, Range 3 East. N.M.P.M., City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, being identified as Tract 260-A-2-A on the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District Map No. 37, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest Corner of the Tract herein described, being a point on the Easterly right-of –way line of Tenth Street NW, whence the Southwest Corner of Lynch Court, an Addition to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Addition, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on November 10, 1936 in Map Book D1, page 107; bears N. 21 deg. 21’ 19” W., 337.80 feet distance, and running
THENCE, N. 89 deg. 53’ 07” E. 40.91 feet to the Northeast Corner of the Tract herein described;
THENCE, S. 02 deg. 08’ 20” W., 64.00 feet to the Southeast Corner of the Tract herein described;
THENCE, N. 87 deg. 19’ 00” W., 41.47 feet to the Southwcnt Corner of the Tract herein described, being a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Tenth Street NW;
THENCE, N. 02 deg. 41’ 00” E., 62.00 feet along said Easterly right-of-way line of Tenth Street NW to the Northwest Corner and point of beginning.
The property may be commonly known as 1136 10th Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104.
You are further notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the publication date, judgment will be entered against you.
