Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned personal representative, setting forth a request of an heir for adjudication of intestacy and appointment of personal representative will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Boulevard, N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico on April 10, 2018, at 2:45 p.m., before the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Judge.
