TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3 N.M.S.A. 1978, Anneta Jane Deschamps will apply to the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, District Judge of the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103, at 10:30 a.m., on the 8th day of May, 2018, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Anneta Jane Deschamps to Anne J. Harris.
