NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Elizabeth C. Heisler, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, by and through her attorney, Vance, Chavez & Associates, LLC (James A. Chavez, P.C.), has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Elizabeth C. Thompson nee Lela Elizabeth Clark to Elizabeth C. Heisler, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, District Court Judge, on the 27th day of June, 2018 at the hour of 1:25 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
