NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SARAH K. HODGKINS, a.k.a. SARAH KAY HODGKINS, SARAH KAY MARTIN and SARAH KAY BADER, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to have the Court order the Motor Vehicle Department issue a REAL ID in the name of SARAH K. HODGKINS. This Petition will be heard before the Honorable Alan M. Malott, District Judge, on the 4th day of June, 2018, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
