TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RUDOLPHO GARCIA AND RITA ANN GARCIA, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATES OF RUDOLPHO GARCIA AND RITA ANN GARCIA, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, will be held at the Second Judicial Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, NM, on June 5, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
