TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PATRICIA D. LENZER and MARTIN LENZER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATES OF PATRICIA D. LENZER and MARTIN LENZER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by THOMAS MARTIN LENZER, requesting the Last Wills of PATRICIA D. LENZER and MARTIN LENZER, be formally probated; Petitioner and HEIDI ANN LENZER-CAMILLI, be formally appointed as co-personal representatives, without bond, in an unsupervised administration; and that an alleged Codicil be determined to be void and of no effect, will be held before the Honorable NANCY J. FRANCHINI at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, on July 31, 2018, at 10:45 a.m.
