NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that AMY JO GARST has accepted the position of Trustee of the irrevocable SCHULZ LIVING TRUST, dated November 15, 2005. STEVEN C. SCHULZ, Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
