ORDER FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION IN A NEWSPAPER
COMES NOW Plaintiff, by and through his attorneys of record, Aragon law firm, P.C. (Robert J. Aragon) and for his Motion for Order for Service of Process by PubIication in a Newspaper STATES:
1. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter herein.
2. Plaintiff filed his Motion for Service of Process by Publication in a Newspaper in regards to Defendant Dhaven Patel on June 27, 2018.
3. Plaintiff is unaware of Defendant Patel’s whereabouts. Defendant Patel’s last known address is: 9000 Florence Ave. N.E., Albuquerque, NM 87122.
4. The court finds that Plaintiff has made diligent efforts to make personal service, but has not been able to complete service of process.
5. The court further finds that the newspaper of general circulation in this county is The Health City Sun newspaper and that this newspaper is most likely to give the defendant notice of the pendency of the action.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plaintiff serve process on Defendant Patel by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in The Health City Sun newspaper. The Plaintiff shall file a proof of service with a copy of the affidavit of publication when service has been completed.
