THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO THE FOLLOWING NAMED OR DESIGNATED DEFENDANT(S):
Group II Defendants: The following persons if living; if deceased, their unknown heirs: Floyd Jett; Sal Lomonaco; Linda Lomonaco; John H. Jackson and Norma S. Jackson; and
Group III Defendants: All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Plaintiff.
GREETINGS DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby notified that Peter J. Digangi, Jr., as co-Trustee of the 2012 Amended and Restated Digangi Survivor’s Trust, u/a/d March 23, 2012, as Plaintiff, has filed an action in the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and wherein the said Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you.
The general object of said action is: Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment, Quiet Title, and Conveyance by Decree
That real property in Bernalillo County affected thereby is:
Lots numbered 11 and 12 in Block numbered 7 of the PARIS ADDITION to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico as the same are shown and designated on the Map of said Addition filed in the office of the Probate Clerk and Ex-Officio recorder of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on December 29th, 1892. Also, all that certain tract of land lying adjacent to the above described lots which was formerly part of the McKinley Avenue and which was vacated by the order of the County Commissioner of Bernalillo County, New Mexico. on December 23rd, 1920; AND Lots numbered 13 and 14 in Block numbered 7 of the PARIS ADDITION to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same are shown and designated on the Map of said Addition filed in the office of the Probate Clerk and Ex-officio Recorder of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on the December 29th, 1892. Also, a tract of land which is the same width as said Lots 13 and 14 from East to West and which measures from North to South 40 feet and which extends from the original South line of Lots 13 and 14 South to the North line of McKinley Avenue as established by Order of the County Commissioner of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on December 23, 1920.
The property may be commonly known as 211 Kinley Ave. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
You are further notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the publication date, judgment will be entered against you.
