Salter has filed a Petition pursuant to § 40-8-1, N.M.S.A. 1978, with the above referenced Court to change his name to Johnny D. Salter. Any objections thereto must be presented to the Court at P.O. Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103 prior to or at a hearing scheduled before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse at 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico to consider the said Petition at 11:00 a.m. on September 21, 2018, and a copy of any objection must be sent to the undersigned attorney.
