By Order dated October 12, 2018, Alfred Smithwick III, DDS, has been appointed as temporary guardian and temporary conservator of Andrew Coston Smithwick, and as such shall have full authority without limitation to make medical (including mental health), placement, financial and property decisions for Andrew Coston Smithwick until the hearing on the emergency motion for temporary guardian and conservator. Notice of the hearing will be published as soon as such date has been set by the Court.
