NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3 NMSA 1978, the Petitioner Shaya Brown, as mother and guardian of Austin Gonzales, born on June 14, 2013, will apply to the Honorable JUDGE BEATRICE BRICKHOUSE District Judge of the 2nd Judicial District, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, at 11:00 am on the 7 day of December 2018 for an ORDER FOR CHANGE OF NAME requesting the child’s name be legally changed from Austin Gonzales to Austin Ray Brown.
