NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Respondent ‘unknown biological father’ of Sir Elias Lotus Cianchetti. You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for an Order Appointing Co-Kinship Guardian of Sir Elias Lotus Cianchetti, born on October 11, 2013. A hearing on this matter will be held 9th January, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for Sir Elias Lotus Cianchetti. The hearing will take place at the Thirteenth Judicial District Courthouse at 1500 Idalia Road, Building A, Bernalillo, NM 87004. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
