to Respondent Casandra Faye Kauz, biological mother of Samantha Kauz born September 4, 2003. You are hereby notified that Julie Kauz, (Petitioner) has filed a Petition for an Order Appointing Kinship Guardian of Samantha Kauz. A hearing on this matter will be held January 15, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for Samantha. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM 87104. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
