You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Omar Martinez and Marlene G. Avalos-Olivas, minor children. Omar Martinez born to Laura Marlene Olivas Sustaita and Omar Martinez Torres on August 13, 2003; Marlene
G. Avalos-Olivas born to Laura Marlene Olivas Sustaita and Sergio Artemio Avalos Holguin on April 23, 2007.
A hearing on this matter will be held on December 7, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for children. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
