Hearing on the Verified Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate By Personal Representative filed by Kathleen Abbott, Personal  Representative,  which petition requests an order of complete settlement of the estate by the personal representative, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on January 9, 2019 at 10:00 a. m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini.

Pursuant to NMSA § 45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for three consecutive weeks.
