TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JANE BLAIR BUNTING DARNELL, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JANE BLAIR BUNTING DARNELL, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, David A. Finlayson, for the Estate of Jane Blair Bunting Darnell, on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of Jane Blair Bunting Darnell. Said petition formally probates the Will and Appoints the Personal Representative.
The Hearing will be held at the 2nd Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Tuesday, the 8th day of January 2019, at 2:15 p.m., before the Honorable C Shannon Bacon.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. §45-1 401 (1993 Repl. Pamp.), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
