NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND FORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: JETHRO T. BALL; AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR TO THE ESTATE OF ANDREW A. BALL, DECEASED.
JETHRO T. BALL has filed a Petition for Determination of Heirship and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative requesting the Court to enter an Order which (1) formally probates the ESTATE OF ANDREW A. BALL, deceased; (2) determines that the Decedent died intestate; (3) determines the heirs of the Decedent; (4) formally appoints Petitioner JETHRO T. BALL as Personal Representative of the Decedent’s estate, without bond, in an unsupervised administration; (5) directs the issuance of Letters of Administration to Petitioner JETHRO T. BALL as Personal Representative of the Decedent’s estate; and (6) grants such other and further relief as may be proper. Notice is hereby given that a hearing on such Petition will be held at the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 10:45 a.m.
