You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Angelic DeLeon, born April 8, 2002 to Sandra Gauna and Edgar DeLeon, and Kimberly Guana born May 16, 2004, Jessica Gauna born April 5, 2006, Laelene Gauna born September 10, 2007, and Lorenzo Gauna born July 4, 2013 to Sandra Gauna and Jose Gauna, Jr.
A hearing on this matter will be held on March 8, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for children. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Court, Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
