SHIRLEY B. STILLWELL, as Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF ALFRED ALMANZAR, deceased; The following persons if living, if deceased, their unknown heirs: DANIEL C. BLISS, LUCILLE BLISS, ELMER R. PITTS, JR.; and ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF

GREETINGS DEFENDANTS:

You are hereby notified that Gloria Saiz, as Plaintiff, has filed an action in the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and wherein the said Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you.

The general object of said action is: Complaint to Quiet Title

That real property in Bernalillo County affected thereby is:

That certain parcel of land situate within the Elena Gallegos Grant in Projected Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, City of Albuquerque, Bemalillo County, New Mexico being and comprising a Northwesterly portion of Lot 2, Los Hermanos Addition as the same is shown and designated on the plat thereof, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on March 11, 1939 in Plat Book D, Folio 72 and further described in those certain Warranty Deeds filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on March 7, 1994 in Book 948, Page 60; March 15, 1993 in Book 936, Page 4869 and May 17, 1976 as Document No. 7626209; more particularly described using New Mexico State Plane grid bearings (NAD 83) and ground distances as follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest comer of the parcel herein described, a point on the West line of said Lot 2 also being a point on the Easterly right of way line of Las Hermanas Street NW whence the Albuquerque Control Survey Monument “NM-47-10” bears S 23°39’57” W, 1801.21 feet distant; Thence,

N 08°58’48” E, 166.14 feet along said Easterly right of way line of Las Hermanas Street NW to a point of curvature; Thence,

Northeasterly, 54.81 feet on the arc of a curve to the right (said curve having a radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle of 104°41’00” and a chord which bears N 61°20’30”E, 47.50 feet) to a point of tangency on the Southerly right of way line of Griegos Road N.W; Thence,

S 66°19’00” E, 31.23 feet along said Southerly right of way line of Griegos Road N.W to the Northeast corner of the parcel herein described; Thence,

S 16°13’00”W, 200.00 feet to the Southeast corner of the parcel herein described; Thence,

N 66°19’00”W, 44.07 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel herein described.

Said parcel contains 0.2520 acres, more or less.

The property may be commonly known as 152 Griegos Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM  87107-4025.

You are further notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication date, judgment will be entered against you.
