TO: UNKNOWN HERIS OF HELEN CHELIUS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM TO HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN CHELIUS OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of hearing is hereby given on the Petition of an heir for Adjudication of Intestacy, and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative. Said Petition requests an order which declares that the decedent died intestate, determines the heirs of the decedent, formally appoints Leo Chelius, Jr. as personal representative and orders that Letters of Administration be issued to Leo Chelius, Jr.
Hearing will be held on April 10, 2019, at 9:00 AM at the Second Judicial Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
