I, mark francis xavier, beneficiary to MARK FRANCIS XAVIER SCHAEFFER trust/estate, competent to speak, of sound mind, claim all rights and title to my following heirs and living beings as follows: sofia rain dba SOFIA RAIN SCHAEFFER – HICKS and vincent anthony dba VINCENT ANTHONY SCHAEFFER and long hoang dba LONG HOANG SCHAEFFER. Anyone with any proof, knowledge of a Higher Claim including but not limited to UNITED STATES, The State of New Mexico County of Bernalillo have 30 days to submit their claim to the following Notary: Iola Robertson Chambers, Notary Public: 1718 W. 63rd Street, Chicago, IL 60636.
