PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of NMSA 1978, Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3 (2014), the Petitioner, George Koufos, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, has filed a petition to change name in the Second Judicial District Court, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from his current name of George Koufos to his proposed name of Vincent J. Zito. The petition to change his name from George Koufos to Vincent J. Zito will be heard by the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Court Judge, on March 29, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
