You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Ivan Marquez, born July 11, 2002; Joel Quiroz, born January 14, 2006, Juan Quiroz, born February 6, 2008, and Luis Quiroz, born January 2, 2009, to Reyna Quiroz Aguilar, Gilverto Medina (deceased), and Juan Antonio Quiroz.
A hearing on this matter will be held on April 19, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for children. Unless you enter your appearance and written response in said cause on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of this publication, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
