TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SHERYL L. LATHROP, DECEASED; AND, ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SHERYL L. LATHROP, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following:
1. SHERYL L. LATHROP, Deceased, died on July 24, 2018;
2. Michelle Morgan Langston filed a Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy, for Formal Determination of Heirship, and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative in the above-styled and numbered matter on 1-16, 2019; and,
3. A hearing on the above-referenced Petition has been set for 3-26, 2019, at 10:30 am, at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102, before the Honorable BEATRICE BRICKHOUSE.
Pursuant to Section 45-1-401 (A) (3), N.M.S.A., 1978 (2014 Repl.), notice of the time and place of hearing on the above-referenced Petition is hereby given to you by publication, once each week, for three
consecutive weeks.
