NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JOAN-MARIE OLTMAN-SHAY has accepted the position of Successor Trustee of the irrevocable OLTMAN FAMILY TRUST, dated September 10, 1991 and of the OLTMAN SURVIVOR’S TRUST, dated June 21, 1998 and the OLTMAN DECEDENT’S TRUST B, dated June 21, 1998 Sub Trusts created thereunder. H. GEORGE OLTMAN, JR., Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims can be presented to the attorney for the Trust and Estate, Lisa Y. Wynn, whose address is 9400 Holly Avenue NE, Building 3, Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87122.
