STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the Cross-Defendants ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY ADVERSE TO CROSS-CLAIMANT, GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Cross-Claimant has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:
that certain real estate situated within the County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico known commonly as 1713 Foothill Drive SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87105, and being more particularly described as follows:
Tract 125-B-2-A-2 as shown and designated on the plat entitled “BOUNDARDY SURVEY OF TRACTS 125-B-2-A-1 AND 125-B-2-A-2 M.R.G.C.D. MAP NO. 43 WITHIN TOWN OF ATRISCO GRANT PROJECTED SECTION 35, T.10N., R.2E., N.M.P.M. CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO MARCH, 2016”, recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on March 14, 2016 as Document number 2016023047 in Book 20165, Page 0014.
That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before 30 days from the last day of publication, judgment by default will be entered against you.
