PETITION FOR NAME CHANGE
COMES NOW, Kevin Keun-Kyu Yi, by and through his attorneys of record, JUSTICE LEGAL GROUP (Amanda D. Navarro/Anthony Griego), and hereby states as follows:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the party and subject matter herein.
2. Venue is proper with this Court.
3. Petitioner is Kevin Keun-Kyu Yi born 1968.
4. Petitioner is a resident of the State of New Mexico and has been said resident for at least six months.
5. Petitioner resides in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
6. Petitioner seeks to change his name from Kevin Keun-Kyu Yi to Keun-Kyu Yi.
Petitioner is over the age of fourteen.
7. There is no reason to the contrary that Petitioner’s name not be changed to Keun-Kyu Yi pursuant to NMSA 1978 §40-8-1.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests this Court to change his name from Kevin Keun-Kyu Yi to Keun-Kyu Yi and for such other relief as this Court deems proper.
