NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT

To the following Defendants:

THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF TOM BENAVIDEZ, aka Tom R. Benavidez; KATHLENE L. BENAVIDEZ; DAVID R. BENAVIDEZ and MICHAEL M.  BENAVIDEZ; and

UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFFS, who may claim a lien, interest or title in the premises adverse to the Plaintiffs:

Plaintiffs JOAQUIN MENDOZA and LAURA MENDOZA hereby give notice to the Defendants listed above of the pendency of the above-captioned action.  The above-named Defendants are being served by publication of this notice.

                This is an action to quiet title to real property.  The general object of the suit is to establish the title of the Plaintiffs in fee simple as against the adverse claims of the Defendants or anyone claiming by or through them in and to the following real property described in the Complaint in the cause:

A certain tract of land being Lot 16 of Plat of ROW TWO SOUTH TOWN OF ATRISCO GRANT situate in Projected Section 16, T9N, R2E, N.M.P.M., Bernalillo County New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on said Plat filed for record in the office of the County Clerk in Bernalillo County in Plat Book C2, Page 65 on February 20, 1909.

The street address of the subject property is 3406 Lisa Rd. SW, Albuquerque, NM.
