NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Respondents Lila Elizabeth Foster and Scott William Foster biological parents of Jaycie Elizabeth Lila Foster. You are hereby notified that Virgil Valdez (Petitioner) has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardian of Jaycie Elizabeth Lila Foster, born in 2010, against you in the above entitled Court and cause. A hearing on this matter will be held September 9, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for Jaycie. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM 87104, in courtroom #250. If you do not enter your appearance or a written response in said cause on or before August 4, 2019, and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment.
