You are hereby notified that Yareci Rojas-Contreras has filed a Petition for Change of Name of Lesly Angelina Pineda-Rojas, born on November 10, 2007. A hearing on this matter will be held on November 25th, 2019 at 11:15 AM to determine if Lesly’s name may be changed. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM 87102. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
