TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MELINDA SHIREEN WILSON, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MELINDA SHIREEN WILSON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, which petition requests the appointment of Margaret Broenniman as personal representative of the estate of the decedent and for formal probate of the decedent’s will, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Benjamin Chavez.
Pursuant to NMSA §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for three consecutive weeks.
